Children’s television programme producer, Boomerang, has announced that it has signed a deal with the Welsh channel S4C to provide a pre-school programming service for the broadcaster.
The Cardiff based company will start the three year long contract in October of this year.
It is believed to be worth £1.33 million per year.
It has to be said that Boomerang is in a very solid position despite announcing interim pre-tax profits for the half year to the end of November 2009 of just £470,000, compared with £1.08 million in 2008.
The company suggests that the next half year profits will be better.
Boomerang employs a hundred and forty people at its Cardiff base.
