Sony Vaio M-Series now officially launched

Remember the Sony Vaio M-Series, the netbook of which details were leaked by Tesco a fortnight ago? Well it has now been officially announced.

The Vaio M-Series is like the W-Series, but with a budget pitch of £299. It should be on shelves very shortly.

The netbook is powered by an Intel Atom N450 running at 1.66GHz, backed with 1GB of memory and a 250GB hard drive.

It has a 10.1 inch display, a webcam, and it comes loaded with Windows 7 Starter in either a black or white finish.
