3D camcorder demonstrated

With 3D being the new HD, the race is on to get the consumer to buy the latest 3D Ready televisions, but as with HD, consumers soon find that there is nothing to watch apart from the odd sports event or film.

The solution for the consumer could be the latest device from Aiptek, its 3D capable camcorder complete with dual lenses, so now there is another alternative for 3D Ready television owners as they could make their 3D content.

Obviously the quality of the content is not going to “Avatar” style, but for a price of around £150 that should not really be expected either.

This is a first step into the home 3D video market and considering the initial cost, there is no reason to wonder why something this is not going to be a hit.
