Most people realise that under a government, laws and regulations will be introduced, but under the Labour government’s thirteen years in power, 4,300 regulations were introduced and some are quite strange while other are just plain scary.
But with a new government comes new ideas and one idea from the Deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg, is the Your Freedom website where anyone can suggest an end to some of the more crazy rules that are in place in the UK.
There are plenty to choose from and Nick Clegg has promised to take a close look at the ten most popular and workable suggestions.
Now is the chance for the public to have their say. This is an opportunity of a lifetime and should not be wasted.
Enhanced CRB disclosures. These should be repealed because in them the Police disclose false allegations and mere suspicions as if they were true.Maliciuos lies, invented by anyone having a grudge, or simple misunderstandings of innocent actions by members of governing bodies, are recorded as if they had actually happened but no action was taken due to insufficient evidence.
The Police excuse for this is that they say as far as they know it could have happened, but this is not sufficient proof, as anyone “could” have done anything, and any individual could invent anything. Absence of proof should instead be taken as an indication that the event most likeky did not happen and should therefore not be recorded.
Because the lies and unprovable suspicions, mere heresay etc. appear on a document produced by enforcing authorities, the lies are then accepted as true by employers.
Indeed sanctions were introduced against employers who then continue to employ the person, whether paid or voluntary.
In this way the CIVIL LIBERTIES of the individual ARE ERODED.
It is SLANDER, LIBEL, DEFORMATION OF CHARACTER, and INFRINGEMENT of their HUMAN RIGHTS.
The Records are kept forevermore
Many falsely accused have committed suicide.
CHARITIES are STIFLED because conscientious, hard-working, valuable, giving, caring individuals and teachers are stopped abruptly from giving their essential input.
This is CRIMINALISING INNOCENT INDIVIDUALS.
Children and Vulnerable persons are therefore
missing out. In this way, the very laws which were put in place to protect them, are actually depriving them of the good wholesome adult input
they need.
This situation has come about as an over-reaction
to:-
the murder of Sarah Payne in 2000 (resulting in “Sarah’s Law”) and
the murders of Jessica Chapman and Holly Wells in 2002 (resulting in “Enhanced Disclosures”)
But that was 8-10 years ago.
Countless individuals are now considered to be child molesters in the making until proven innocent. We were led to believge that in the
British Constitution that a person is innocent until proven guilty. This is clearly not the case regarding child protection.
The individuals committing these murders, certainly would not give any of the substantial input that genuine children’s workers do, yet many genuine children’s workers are criminalised
by the system which suspects them unfairly of “grooming”.
Authorities are primarily interested in “covering their own backs” and are disproportionately afraid
of being found to be the authority/individual to let the next Roy Whiting or Ian Huntley through the net.As a result 1000/s of innocent well-meaning adults have criminal records & are banned from working with children despite society needing them to,therefore this matter is of SUPREME IMPORTANCE.
The cases of Sally Clarke & Angela Cannings are similar.
Genuine crimes will in any case appear on Standard Disclosures
With the NHS needing to save all the money it can, please can you tell me why returned, unopened packets of prescription tablets and pills are destroyed and not put back into the system?

Reinstate licensing laws in ALL outlets and halve the cost of policing and A&E departments.
2. Mae the ralways profit sharing so that it is in the interest of the work force to make them cost effective.
