Apple TV 2 rumour

Steve Jobs may have called Apple TV a “hobby” but that could have been his way of putting the competition off the trail, as it seems that there could be some serious changes to Apple TV being prepared.

According to a recent report by the NY Times, it would appear that Apple is working hard to rework the system, with teams already in place and working on the graphics, the hardware and even the user interface.

It is already known that the new version of Apple TV will be running the iOS system and this could mean that the device will be centred more around apps than the current model.

This will allow the likes of Netflix and Hulu to be an option or come already installed.
