Sony PS3 320GB console to arrive by October?

Remember earlier this month, we reported on the new Japanese 160GB and 320GB hard disk loaded PS3 slims, with the smaller hard drive model also coming out in a white colour option?

At the time, it wasn’t confirmed that these would make European shores, but it seems that this is the case according to a report in Play magazine.

Play’s “very reliable” source at a UK retailer says that the 160GB and 320GB versions of the console will be on sale in this country come October.

However, it isn’t clear whether the white edition 160GB PS3 will make it over here, and they might just be your standard black. Expect confirmation on all this shortly.
