3 will be flogging the Nokia C7, the network operator has announced hot on the heels of the phone’s unveiling at Nokia World.

The C7 comes with a 3.5 inch touchscreen, an 8 megapixel dual LED flash camera which is capable of HD recording, and 8GB of storage (which can be expanded by 32GB via microSD). The handset runs Symbian^3.

It’s a slimline number at a whisker over 1cm thick, and the C7 comes with integrated email, Facebook and Twitter on the home screen.

Sylvia Chind, Head of Branded Devices at 3, commented: “The Nokia C7 is a great addition to our smartphone range. Our customers know how to make the most of our fast and reliable 3G network. Pairing the Nokia C7 with our network gives our customers the best Symbian^3 experience possible. We’ll be announcing dates and pricing shortly.”

While the release date is still unknown, the smartphone should definitely be available from 3 before the year is out.
