Default MaxV - Insert smartcard

Hi

I setup Eurovox MaxV at my parents house some yrs back, and now it gives the above message on movie channels, updating channels does not fix it.

From reading these forums it seems that Eurovox has hit doomsday! is this true?

Are these box's now just freeview box's??? will they ever have another use again????

chrisduk112 :

- the A780 server is free, you do not have to pay
- you need both the Virgin Media cable and an internet connection for example Ethernet / Modem
- it comes as FTA / needs flashing
- then it just works

Hope this helps M8 !
