lost encrypted channels

hi

im using a tt card in my xp pc and cannot see or hear the encrypted channels in progdvb ,fta works perfectly,everything was working when i last used progdvb in may but now something has changed and im lost as to how to fix it,i live in kent and am using virgin cable,i have been reading this forum all day and have managed to update the keys in vplug but all i get is a black screen and no sound,my quality and level readings are 100/95%,any help would be much appreciated.
