Hi there sorry have not been on forum for a while but was wondering if anyone could help me. Have recently recieved a V+ box and was wondering if I could add an external hard drive to increase the recording size from 80 hours don't want to go down the internal hard drive route thanks alot

the esata port is disabled on vm firmware

esata is external sata. there is a port on the back of the box where you *would*normally* plug in an esata drive. it doesnt work on the vm sa8300 ( i presume your talking about one of these and not a samsung one?)
