Default Noob Help

Hi

Just got a starview box. Can I split the cable and run this as well as my existing box?

Saw someone post about talkback and wondered.

Yes - you need to keep your existing box connected to the feed so it can talkback to the cableco.

Hello

When I try to run a channel scan , each transponder fails. There must be a signal as my normal box works using the same cable.

If I go into manual scan, it says level and quality are zero Any Ideas?

thanks
