Sky are now displaying the viewing card number on the screen for Sky Italia systems, they are then sending people into pubs to note down the number and then the cards are being switched off.

Does anyone have a way of blocking this signal from sky to prevent the viewing number from being shown.

Please help.

Put some tape over the screen??

Alao with some video mixing circuitry, I imagine it would be possible to blank out the numbers.

They can then move the overlay so it appears in another part of the screen.

Well no, but i presume that the first time a Sky rep walks in and sees sme black tape coverng the VC number then he will report this back to head office and thats the first thing i would do if was them.

Sky are crafy $£*&ers and they will pull every trick in the book.

We have even had a busty blonde walk in and chat up the bar man and she talked him in to showing her the viewing card. Two days later card was switched off.

I put a satellite feed to technomate lnb input then looped out to sky italia lnb input
put official card in TM card reader but only got Invalid smart card notice on screen Iv never downloaded any software to technomate 5400 super as it is new and it opens my jsc card okay is that maybe the problem
