Default Black Panther Medi@Link Box Troubles

Hey everyone,

I tried to update the firmware on my Black Panther box the other day and I believe the update didn't install correctly as all I get now is a message on screen and the front of the box saying "Please Wait", does anybody know of a way to recover the original firmware or replace the existing firmware whilst the box is in this state? Maybe a sorta bios reset switch on the board or something like you would with a computer? I don't get the logo even show up on screen so I'm lost as to where to start! I hope I haven't missed something obvious and any help would be appreciated.

Many Thanks

There is no software update anyway, however they do that sometimes, turn the box of at the back mains and leave it for 10 minutes and it will turn on again working, the original firmware is still there, if you have turned it off and you cant get a picture do a update again it will work the second time.

Latest update was 2 days ago (Aug 19th). Doesn't seem to change much but does give the option of staying connected to cccam in standby or switching the front display off in standby.

I was told this new software was to correct glitching on some stations, but the glitching is bad on some stations still, what do you think the problem is, the server or the box thanks.
