Disgusting to see airlines can now get away with not paying compensation on flight delays:

Got absolutely shafted by Easyjet flying from Gatwick to Spain and back - delayed 8 hours going out, missing the first day of our hols, then delayed 3 hours coming back, missing our connection back to Scotland and having to pay Flybe £900 for a return and 2 hotel rooms for overnight accomodation for nearly £300.

I had already sent my letter to Easyjet, and would have gone forward with court action this week in the local sheriff's court - now am being told to wait 2 years?

Absolutely bloody disgusted.
