Smile moving house vm or sky hd

i need ulimeted broadband a new phone installed as new house doesnt have aline? i need sky multiroom for two rooms or vm for two rooms. the promblem is there may not be a phoneline so do they put a new phoneline in any advise welcome thanks rodds

if it aint got the lines in they will want pay 2 get them in, sky will want £125.00 dont know how much vm will be...
