Default dbox problem

Hi, I have a problem with my dbox, was wondering if anyone could help. basically it was working fine this morning, i unplugged it to move it to another room and now there is no power going to it. checked the lead to make sure it wasnt a fault with the lead, and the powersupply all fine...anyone have any idea of what could have caused it and also how to fix? thanks very much )

Hi, thanks for answering my question, but replaced the fuse and the dbox is still not starting up. was just wondering if you knew what else could cause the dbox to not power up?

thanks

you want to check the capacitors on the main board for any leakage or bulging.

How to replace the caps you will need to have a soldiering iron.. So unless your good @ soldiering then go ahead and do it otherwise its not worth the hassle and is better to throw the box in the bin.

Or if its not the Caps thats blown then its probably the PSU board that has died.

kind regards
