im in stockton on tees my friends 10 meg sub has been upgraded on upload speed but my 20 meg hasnt on haxorware any1 know why???

think they not upgraded 1.0 trying get costumers to change there outdated modems you know wot that means then dont you no clones

They would just issue new modems to customers if they wanted to replace all D1.0 modems.

Are you saying that your paid for 50meg subscription has been upgraded, but not your cloned modem and that your friend also has a cloned modem which is not getting the new upload speeds too?

I'm just having a spot of difficulty understanding what you wrote. I understand that some people don't do punctuation when posting on forums, or that English may not be your first language. I honestly don't mean to offend, and apologise if I have caused any offence.
