Default lights to new garage

i am putting new light and switch in new garage adjoing my existing garage..therefore i need to run a cable from my rose.....the connections at rose are ...for a two way switch...2 blues in plastic connector 2 reds in connector...2 yellows in connector...black and red cable to the rose
3 cables in total

Hi
I take it there is 3 cables?
if yes one with red/black and earth
two with red/yellow/blue and earth
the cable with red/black the red is joined to a red in one of the other cables?
if yes look at the switches and if there is a red on the c connection on both switches then the cable with just red and black in it is your L N and E
if any more info needed just ask
and dont forget to switch at mains before doing any tests

yes 3 cables and yes black going to rose and the red going to connector and red in common at switches.so do i connect cable to the [red]connector and to black in rose

Yes black in rose, red in connector with other reds , earth in rose with other earths
sorry i did not got back to you just got in from a hard days work
