depends on your boot rom version if you will be able to unlock it or not and also your modem firmware version... if your on boot rom 6.08 your have to wait a while for the unlock but you will still be able to jb. also if you modem firmware is 5.14.02 you will have to wait a while for unlock..
but if you have modem firmware 5.14.02 and your boot rom is 5.08 you can use fuzzy band through cydia to downgrade modem firmware

hi,yes my modem is 5.14.02, cant see the boot rom though,where can i find this please?

if your device is jailbroken go into cydia and download the fuzzyband repo.
and install it.... then run the fuzzy band app and it will tell you what baseband is installed on your device

cant jb it,says firmware to new :@(
