What make/model HD receiver are you using?
It's also listed on Lyngsat:

Along with Sky Movies Classics and National Geographics

i have a media link BP , i got it on the main hd box ( sky in front room ) but you cant see what tp its on??

when i go to provider scan and move the tp to that , it says nothing for signal or quality , yet i have all channels

well the national geos on mine are 12285 v , i re scanned on that 10 new, but no cc hd
and sky classics is 11836 v again nothing on a scan

says 12090 v then says 27500 for rate and dvb s

add the TP manually to:

Astra 2B (28.2E) - 12090.00 V - Txp: 20 - Beam: Astra 2B NorthDVB-S2 (QPSK) - 29500 3/4 (44.7 Mbps) - NID:2 - TID:2020

you should get the channel.

well i can only do :
tp which done to 12090
frequency ( what do i put ) it says 12090 at mo?
symbol rate, ( added 29500 )

still says no signal

tried a blind scan on that, got nothing

hi mate

right this is what you should hav put when u went into manual transponder scan ( not sure if you have that option) but this is from a DM box which am gonna give you an example from:

Sat: astra 28.2

Frequency: 12090.00

Polarity: Vertical

symbol rate: 29500

FEC: 3/4

at the bottom it should say 'Network scan' tick the box and then try and see what feedback you get mate.

i have no option for fec?

also looked at Astra 2B (28.2E) Transponder 20 - KingOfSat i dont have any of them channels picked up at all

i just got good food hd and sky sports news ok on hd

also just tried pid search, again nothing, its like where i live that tp is not there on the dish but must be as on the real sky hd box in front room
