Ok slow down and again in english please m8.
All you need is a clear line of sight, ideally 45 degrees each way of due south. The centre of your arc comes down at about 30 degrees, dropping off as you approach the horizon. ie 62e is just visable at a 2 degree elevation. Other than that I'm not sure what else your asking.

Dig hole about 2 to 3ft deep (for an 8ft pole), stick the pole in, and use postcrete to concrete it in. Get the pole vertical.
Anymore than about 5 to 6ft off the gound and the dish will waggle about too much in the wind, without extra bracing with a 2 inch diameter pole.

Some motors like the Stab have the dish pole upright while others like the Moteck, Technomate etc have the dish pole facing down, you cannot turn your motor upside down.

If it's all working properly on the wall, you will just need to realign the Azimuth, assuming ofcourse that both poles are dead plumb.
