Default Help eurovox ex1000sl

hi there ive just got this box install the filmware and all i get when i try to up load channels and save is that i keep getting com1 and com 3 jumping between each other how can i sort that out so i can unscramble my channels

firstly are you using a rs232 null modem secondly what area do you live in

if you have recently bought the box - sorry mate but i think you may have been stung as most of the uk as gone to n3 (use search bar )
mean while have a peek at this if you are in the stated area unlucky
Areas hit by 3.7 and/or N3

but im still none aware of why my com 1 and com 3 keeping jumping between each other when i try to upload my channels and save. and try to have a go to unscramble my channels

possibly a driver issue pc/eurovox / laptop to eurovox ..regardless mate look to see if your area is n3 = eurovox is rendered useless if in the area stated

all drivers are up to date and working as they should every time i try to up loads programmes to save it just jumps between com 1 and com3 on the eurovox channel up dater filmware and if i try just the download button it just seens to stick there too nothing happens
