You cant jtag the Pace 2000, have you created a new hex file with the latest keys and put in Choes V3 as the flash file?

i know i cant jtag it,theres no need,i got the details on the box,i am expecting a samsung 2100 off ebay,i got the jtag about an hour ago,delivered.

i will have to use google and read around,i dont like putting myself on people like yourself.

all the advice is great,i thankyou for it.

it aint easy but,i know it aint hard.

i am experienced xbox60 hacker.it aint hard either but,you got to learn the ropes which seems hard for some.

will try creating new hex files to flash over.

*brill* i followed the funcard tut by d c and i got all channels now,they are none greyed out but,when i want to watch them all i get is black screen.

guess i will try changing the key also flashing over chaosv3 as the flash file..

Sal * make sure you are using the write keys for your provider. i.e n*l, cw, once you have created card leave it on bbc1 to update..

You can get if from Bigmaq toolbar or if you can get it from Private FTA, Under Cable Section.

i got it to the state it was in when it went down,thanks to your guidance and infinite wisdom and c s guide.

i then went for chaosv3 for flash file.

i put my ird/bk in,i put the new key for my area,telewest,i put 0 and 1.

but,now i get smartcard not recognised.i tried ird forwards and backwards.

any ideas?

i tried the flash that was created for getting the card where it is now with cs guide and changed the keys there and i got the same,greyed out channels.

so now after all this time i got back to sqare one!


i am happy at least i got rid of the mess i made,my docs are full of flashing stuff.


should i just be centring my attention on chaos v3 and how should i edit the hex file?

what should i and what shouldnt i touch,has i put my ird in both ways round,my bk correctly and both lines of the key 0 and 1.

please?

Tee, in your tuutorial where do you open these files do you have to create a folder first???

look guys, the best way to do it is a mosc card, it dont need the key changing all the time as it can handel it funcards cant

Where can I get an MOSC card for my box !!

Q: Did they change the Keys once today ?? Cause for the past couple of days they changed them twice everyday !!
