i have a funcard 4 and want to change it to a atmega 163 will i need my box rechipping as i already have the ird and boxkey taped underneath my box

No you dont need to re-do box, just need to write eeprom and flash file onto atmega card, (you need to write atmega flash not the funcard flash file).

Fun cards canot be changed to Atmega. to program atmaga cards you need a flash file and an eternal eep rom file with your bk and ird in it or a rom image with your bk and ird. thanks

Where do i get an internall eeporium and a external eeporium where do i get these from, for a funcard, please can someone give me an in detail tutorial.

Click here for tutorial, you dont need inernal eeprom for funcards, you need to create a eeprom using RHV1 or Toxic 7, follow tutorial for guide, and you can download the flash file from bigmaq toolbar

I tried to follow that guide but it shows a internal eeprom, and also when i use the mkfv4 it doesnt read the card and cant bring up its details. can someone please help. Whats bigmaq toolbar and how do i get t it.

how do i get the fun card to auto update because n*l or v*rgin keep doing something and it stops all the cards from working, and i heard that funcards can auto update somehow, i have downloaded toxic 7 and put my bk and ird in, ird backwards ie if it was 12 22 dff0 i put it dff0 22 12 to get my external eeporium, and to get my flash i didnt know what bigmaq toolbar was so i used the site that javed setup and got the choas v3ntl.hex and renamed it flash.hex and then used infinity to programme the card but it still didnt work? can someone please help.

I got the card working, but there is a question i have how do i watch the movie channels there is somesort of pin code on them from v*rgin m*dia ? anyone help please.

It depends on what box you are using mate, there is a PIN fix for boxes that can be JTAG'd

give it time to auto update, as long as you dont put in the public keys in exteep its an auto update, give it 10-15 mins the screen stays blank on premium chans then it comes up all of a sudden after a bit
