Sorry if this has been asked before but im just curious:

1) Can the net id fun method be done with a fun card 2 or does it have to be fun4?

2) Not seen this around, but could the net id be changed using an ATMega the way a fun card is done??

Dont think the memory is big enough on a 2, yes you can use an ATMega.

also when using atmega make sure ur not using the fun flash, use the atmega flash

Hi probably heard this hundred times,

I have a chipped ntl box, but the card has gone off , is this something i can invest in to update the code ? or is it far to complicated to follow ? and what hardware needs to be bought ? any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will need a programmer, one with phoenix mode if its a mosc, there are tutorials in downloads, and lots of threads on it if you do a search.

Where ? read this thread but cant see any list of hardware etc ? software looks fairly easy to follow , is there no guide out there for whats needed etc software , hardware? i have a samsung 2100c and believe its a fun card ? got ntl logo on it but not sure. Just looking for a bit of guidance 666?

if ntl on it its a mosc, has red says you need a programmer,so search for mosc you will need bk...has its all ready opened all you need to do is put new image on there . but get bk and ird first..now you learned in 3 mins what took me a week
