If othe channels work then it could be net_id.. check if you have the correct net_id...

Hi,
I have a 2110c, purchased from a car boot. It has an original card with it, which has a BK & IRD written on it. I'm ex C&W. It shows 09999 as a net id, and I know that I need to set this to my correct area using a funcard. Luckily, I have a funcard + elvis programmer.

I've used netid v2.17, to create 3 hex files Flash, Int & ext. I entered the BK & IRD exactly asthey were written on the card - no reversing

BK 7a....9a
IRD 90..3e

I've then programmed the funcard using Multiprog, using these 3 hexes. I've restarted the box with the funcard in but netid remains the same.

Any thoughts on what I can try next ?

You dont restart the box. If the netid funcard has been programmed with the correct details then the box will restart itself, when you insert it at the network id page in EM. If it doesnt restart itself then BK or IRD could be wrong.
IRD you can check in the EM. Try BK the other way around.

Try erasing the card a few times and then write to it and try again.
