hello
i have read this whole message board to avoid asking questions that were already asked
i bought an invinity usb phoenix to copy our funcards. First of all,
- we do not know what type of cards they are.
- connected the ifinity usb phoenix to the pc, running on windows sp, and hooked it up with the usb cable.
- entering our cards we have the message: card could not be read, clean contacts or remount the card with the contacts down.
- we connected it with a serial cable rs 232 to the pc.
- started the infinity to Phoenix mode., configured as the pc (right com port, speed, aprity)
- blue light went on, tried to read the card, but no luck

can any one please help?
o... forgot to mention that we do not use the cards for satelite televison, but registrating scores on it

picture of the card we use:
thanks

hi reddiesel,

thanks for the reply, seems that there are not many experts on this subject,

the card is from www.duematic.com systems

this morning i woke up and realized that maybe the usb-serial converter could cause the problems??
maybe buy a serial - serial cable to hook the infinity phoenix to my pc?

please your opinion
thanks
