hi curly, what programmer are you using and with what card and the tutorial your going through is it the nagra edit one and what files and flash are you using.

hi mate the proggy is a infinity usb unlimited with funcard4, tee 111 has put tut on page 1 of this thread ,its not the nagra i dont think,got files with tut crpthex nfl-v3.hex if that means any thing its the first card iv tried,so not quite sure,it took me 3 weeks to get bk lollol

Curly CrptHex are the old files, you know need the Chaos flash file mate, you can get that from bigmaq toolbar. In the Funcard Tut, the 2nd tut is a lot easier which was created by Charlie Senator. The tut has been slightly changed:-

You need these files

Toxic 7
Swapbinhex
Chaos V3(flash file for your area)

1 FIND THE RIGHT FLASH FOR YOUR AREA (ntl ,tw ,excw)
2 RENAME THIS MY FLASH.HEX
3 OPEN UP TOXIC 7AND ENTER YOUR IRD STRAIGHT IE 12 OR 3E FIRST
4 ENTER YOUR BK
5 CLICK THE RADIO BUTTON FOR YOUR AREA (ntl ,tw ,excw)
6 SAVE THIS TO THE DESKTOP AS MY EXTEEP
7 THIS GENERATES A .BIN FILE
8 NOW DRAG THE .BIN FILE OVER THE TOP OF SWAPBINHEX
9 THIS NOW GENERATES A .HEX FILE
10 DELETE THE OLD .BIN FILE SO YOU DON’T GET MIXED UP
11 OPEN UP YOUR PROGRAMMER AND WRITE THE FILES ONE AT A TIME IN THIS ORDER
12 MY EXTEEP
13 MY FLASH
14 PUT THE CARD IN YOUR BOX
15 PUT BOX ON BBC 1
16 GIVE IT UP TO 5 MINUTES TO UPDATE (Some boxes take slightly longer)

(You dont need Nagra for this tut)

thanks tee,i downloaded bigmaq toolbar but cant see any thing to do with funcard tut,i will keep looking tho,thanks again t

curly m8 use the infinity usb unlimited v2.70 software, in the bigmaq toolbar go to the tab cable files, card programming, funcard then complete funcard when downloaded make your own folder in your documents name it what you want then drag the files you need in to that folder, your flash ntl, tx, cw , your inteep, swapbinhex.exe and toxic7 which you will you to make your exteep by entering your bk and ird, enter your ird normally as shown in your engineers menu if that dont work reverse it and try that.
