Question ex1000sl as a freeview box?

Now that N3 has taken hold, is it possible to use an ex1000sl as a "normal" freeview receiver plugged into a terrestrial aerial, as opposed to a cable one? I've tried giving it a go and scanning but to no avail. Am I missing something, apart from the obvious that it just wont work like this?

Thanks in advance.

The Eurovox boxes are purely for cable. Keep it as an ornament or bin it. ---------sorry

yes the problen is the decoder,it only has a cable or (c) decoder installed and for tv (freeview) it would need a digital terrestrial decoder but there is no such thing for the eurovox.im afraid your in my boat also you sit and hope for eurovox to develop or use it as a doorstop.selling it in its current state is often frowned upon.
