Hi , I would love a code for this.

Been trying to get sky installed since March , code worked fine but 5 visits by engineers and each time something hindered installation eg trees, weather and even a no show. £30 phone charges and many calls later and still no joy. Account cancelled etc.

Got a code from online friend last weekand it worked ok, all ready to get installed . Guess what they came and couldn't put multiroom in due to limited points on wall. Couldn't install the one in the living room either as job was for a pair. They cancelled and told me to re register. Did this and all seems well until i had to phone sky as they needed more details - I was told code was already tied to another account - yes mine i told them but they couldn't simply rearrange another install without the multiroom and couldn't use the code.

Despair , please help with a code thank you.

Hi,

I have a problem ordering Sky, I hope someone can assist.
I ordered sky about 2 weeks ago (full price, full pack), I Received the welcome pack but then heard about the half-price offer and someone offered me a code so I cancelled sky.

I then waited a week and tried to re-order under another family members name (same household) but I got an Email to say contact us, when I did I had the same issue as the member earlier where they said the code had been used by someone else and to get another code, but the shocking part is, I then gave that code to my 2 sisters who have both ordered and have received their welcome packs using that same code.

Any idea why this does not work for me? Do sky blacklist the address?

Any help will be much appreciated, can I also have someone generate me a code which has not been used before?

Hi guys....

I was given a friends last and final code and I foolishly attempted to order over the Internet...

Anyway I suffered a power cut half way after entering code and surname, now it says code already been used, spoke to my friend and apparently he has been told nothing can be done about it....

Proper gutted!!!

Is there anyone who could pm or email me a code and I'll ring this time, I would be eternally grateful!!!!
