Default sb5100

lost my conection so i thought put new address in ,prob can' get into the surfboard page tried 192 168 100 1 just will not let me in any one know what the problem might be thanks for any help

take the coax feed out and try again.

if i am not mistaken you wont get into the modem page via 192.168.100.1,on a 5100 you need to try 192.168.100.1:666 if its 5100mod or 192.168.100.1:1337 if its sigma

have tried both of those, you can get into the surfboard with 192 168 100 1 this seems to be happening to a few people ill keep trying thanks for your help

reflashed with 5100mod no go, then reflashed with sigma still can't get the page to open, has virgin come up with somethng to stop us from getting into the surfboard thanks

change your network card ip address to 192.168.100.10 and you should be able to acccess the page.
