Hi I am a vm subscriber. Is it possible to use a dbox anymore or have they stopped working. I want to run my vm box downstairs and a dbox upstairs.

The box which was not supplied by Virgin Media will no longer work.

You can get an additional box from Virgin Media for £5.50 per month and it will receive all channels to which you are subscribed.
