Both boxes which have recommended to you are actually SAT boxes and require a SAT dish. however a DM box can come with a cable and sat tuner. At the moment DM boxes do not work with cable. It can be done but its too much of a hassle.

Cant give any more info regarding how they work.. but I can tell you this is that if you plugged it into a sky dish then you will get FTA channels.

Seeing as you had a Eurovox that means your on cable (Vermin) So the next best box would be a Starview 6, KV A780, KV A790, Starview combo and KV A50+ iconnect

All cable boxes mentioned above will work apart from the DM box and Spiderbox cant be used as the next best box on cable.

Only the A780 is on sale now, no more 790 !! they where only used as a stop gap while the 780 was due in, plenty of stock due in next week so hopefully plenty to go around all concerned.
