File Disapearing

hiya again every one
i have found the keys i need i think, but not certain yet my problem i have at the moment when i am using the programe that comes with the making au funcard i have been trying to do this and seemed to be doing sound but when i use the swapbinhex prog the file stays on my desk top but when i go to use it with my programer the in teep file has gone the flashfilehex and the my exteep hex files are there just the inteep one but that one doesnt say hex at end but its not there when trying to find it to use with programer no matter where i save it but usually on my desktop is this what usually happens
any help or advice is badly needed at the moment
