Starview 6 stuck c113

When flashing my box the electric went now when switching box on it say c113 on the front then nowt happens what do i do

sounds like a Jtag job to me.

if the box is under warranty I would ask your supplier to replace it.

I av the lead that goes to my pc i use it for kryptview a780

try this it worked for me

1. switch box on wait for a few seconds untill booting has finished.
2. Press MENU on remote
3. Press DOWN ARROW BUTTON once
4. Press RIGHT ARROW BUTTON once
5. Press DOWN ARROW BUTTON twice
6. Press O.K BUTTON twice

Hopefully the box should reboot and the display should come back on.

i have tried all the above but my starview is still on c113 with green and red lights on and remote not fuctioning. any other help please

3. Press DOWN ARROW BUTTON once
4. Press RIGHT ARROW BUTTON once
5. Press DOWN ARROW BUTTON twice
6. Press O.K BUTTON twice

Hopefully the box should reboot and the display should come back on.

keep on trying this method but press the ok buttton several times until you get a reboot.

I don't exactley remember but during either firmware update or searching for channels I connected the ethernet device to the RS232, from that point the box has been stuck. It has C113 displayed at the front with green and red light on. It doesn't matter if I power the box off and then turn it back on the display stays the same, nothing is showing up on the TV at all. The box does not boot up or nothing just has that display. The box does not responde to any keys on the remote.

I have tried the different key pressings on the remore for the different firmwares but it does nothing.

Its a geniune box, the error wouldn't have occured if i wouldn't have connected the ethernet port during the time the box was either updating or searching for channels.

There is no one to return the box to.

Any help would be appreciated?

Same C113 problem, tried above now when I turn on box I get "boot" on display

hi peeps- this is what to got to do worked for me, find a friend with a starview6 and be watching any channel because this will enble you to connect rs 232 cable and the other end to your sv 7 and switch it on this will take about 10 minutes be patient till good appears on slave box. please ensure rs232 cable is connected first and the slave box is switched on last,don't forget to put in 1819 to enable net connection you don't have to scan. good luck:
