My box is bringing up "scrambled" and will not unscramble. I think it is Nagra3

We actually pay for a tv/phone/internet package from virgin so I have a card from virgin and their box. Is there anyway I can get my eurovox working again?

If I can't what box works with Nagra3? Where can I find out about it?
