There's quite a few about but really you need to do some research to match any potential vpn service with the hardware you will need to purchase.
Afaik, none of the cable boxes actually support vpn directly so you will need to use a router (or some other device) to act as the vpn endpoint. Unfortunately there are various vpn protocols so you'll need to consider which router your going to get and then look for the appropriate provider.
