Thumbs up virgin cable

hi ya can anyone tell me how to get the channels back on my virgin media cable box i purchased it about 6 months ago and for the past month or so all channels have been dropping of on a daily basis does the card need re booting or the box ?how do u do it ?and what do i need to do it? many thanks

Your box is now a doorstop, it wont work anymore due to N3. End of.

As it is a Virgin Media box you say you have, you should have received a new card from Virgin Media which will resolve this issue. I suggest that you give them a call and they will send you out another new card.

yes but its not a legitamut one its a chipped one any suggestions
