Default Use a Dbox with Virgin media

I have recently just order the packgae of 11 pound and u get free cable.
Will it be ok if i use a Dbox to get all channels

including
sky sports
sky movies

na...it just u pay 4 the phone line and u get cable 4 free

You must keep the Setup box they give you connected as they use talkback - V*rg*n Med*a may get suspicious if they don't receive a signal back. My advise is connect both.

Hi how do you connect both boxes iv had my D running on its own for over a year now with no probs

Also noticed a few posts above WAZMAN says about broadband my dad has a d box and he dont have internet ??

hi,peakey
i'm confused here,you say you had dbox running on its own,is it wired to original cable input? as dbox got cable out socket,if so just take a feed from there to officical stb.
your dads situation i presume is that he subscribes for tv package,which is fine,my option is for someone who doesn't have tv package as you then split bb connection ,in theory invisiblely, cause cc dont even realise you are watching tv.

Play it safe have both boxes running, use a splitter.

Would you use a splitter to split the broadband connection ?
If yes how would you connect it to a cable modem?
would you require a certain connector type?


Would i be able to get broadband with just having subscribed for cable tv and a telephone line
