Took the lid off and looked at the talkback line perhaps ????

Bet they charged far more for this service than VM lost because of these particular hackers !

This little hack of ours realy did get embarrissingly out of control didn't it..
And from what i read the latest Naga effort won't stop these gentlemen from
exploiting the sort of people that are prepared to buy a off the shelf solution..
