dreambox 500s problems

went to bowlers today and guess what fell for the dreambox 500s box with 12 months subscription on it not telling you how much i paid abit desperate at the moment anyway guess what cant get any channels other than free veiw onit ,stop laughingphoned the guy up hes blaming it on my router saying its blocking it from recieving scrammbled channels does anyone think this is the case and guess what got home cant even get into my router settings i put my 192.168.1.1 in gets to the username/ password box type what i should put in then goes no further after 5 hours now im begining to give up so im begging for HELP NOW anyone any ideas thanks
