Ok so I got channel data transfer in installation mode and have s\w transfer with a send option. The image is a780 v3,2,00 I take it its the wrong one. Plus no options for the lan that I cam see

I dont remember everything from the top of my head.. So here is a 2nd option which u can use and always works 100%

download the firmware here and the loader:

http://www.*******.com/dir/3171750/9...e/sharing.html

replace the astericks with 4 shared without the spaces.

After that get a Null modem cable and flash the box.

Latest software is 28th Aug 2010

Yehhhhhhhhh it worked like a charm!

It is a bit anoying the epg wont show whats on unless you use the daily one but hey its small price to pay for my shows back
