starview - lost all premium channels

I have a star view on, box and whenever i'm watching the soaps there's a norrator that talks through telling you exactly whats happening. I think this must be for people with dissabilities. Does anyone know how to remove this because its really annoying.

Help would be much appreciated

click on "audio" on your remote and check what you want. this will sort it out.

Just do an autoscan on N** and you will get all your channels back. Menu, installation and go from there. Make sure key emu is also on. Press menu, type 1570 on remote and check it.

Not sure if anyone else in Virg*n area has had problems but I've totally lost all my channels with $ sign next to. I've done a factory reset, autoscan, then go into secret menu, turn on navigator and put codes in, also emu is on. Then gone back to sly sports and it says it is updating - but it doesn't actually update and just keeps going back to updating??

Anyone got any ideas, been through the whole site for the last 2 hours and tried everything - very frustrating - p.s. I'm a baby users so need very simple dummy instructions??

Hi all, came back from holiday to find all channels lost ( non terrestrial) I have done the factory reset thing and put emu on ( ive had my starv**w 1 box for over a year and done this many times so usually know what Im doing, the problem is the numbers must have changed in the 00 and 01 lines of provider codes, It seems that the posting of codes is not allowed now (sorry I must have missed why not) but can anyone help as to where these can be found or how to get them, Im in Dundee area and stumpt, thanx in advance, Tex
