wireless router netgear resets on its own

wireless router netgear reset at certain times, internet light goes off flashes then comes back on after 1 minute, does this at 12.30 in afternoon and then at 6pm in evening, how can i resolve the problem, its not the modem, its something to do with the wireless router

any advice?? much appreciated

Have you logged into the router and had a look at the settings currently selected?

settings looks fine to me, ive never really messed about with the settings of the router, so dont know whats happening, all looks fine to me, do you think i may need to update the firmware on router, or try a full reset?
