right guys when streaming on most sites it buffers alot i have 10meg broadband.however when i use veetle it works perfect only problem is veetle cut the channels of all the time just as your starting to enjoy the game.
im runing a pc i got 7 years ago i have new motherboard 2 hard drives and upgraded the memory just recently and am operating on xp. my display card is ss741 manufacture sis total memory 64.0 mb current display 1024x768 32 bit. would this be down to having a rubbish display /video card thanks guys |

There are so many reasons for a video feed buffering. I have a home built top of the line PC with 24Mb connection and I still get buffers occasionally, but it does sound like your PC is extremely out of date.
Also could depend on your provider. Virgin for example, will throttle internet traffic most of the day, reducing your bandwidth from 10Mb to 2Mb. If you have money to spend on a new build, then let me know how much you have and I'll make some recommendations. Upgrading old parts isn't really worth it at your level. |

cheers for the info guys i know i need laptop but need the readys first lol. these are my windows stream settings are they correct
.use default buffering un ticked .buffer ticked (5) seconds of data .multicast ticked .upd ticked .live port un ticked .tcp ticked .http ticked .no proxy un ticked .use browser proxy ticked .use proxy un ticked . cheers for the help guys very much appreciated |

try increasing the buffer time to 20-30secs. It will load more of the video feed before playing and should give you less hicups
