All Sky TV, Virgin Media TV, UPC TV, Talk talk TV , Velocity 1, Small World TV and Magnet TV customers that do not subscribe to a Sky Sports package will be able to view channels

Freeview, BT Vision and TUTV customers will not be able to watch.

Sky Sports 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Sky TV customers with a Sky+HD box can watch all 4 channels in HD
Virgin Media TV customers with an HD box can only watch Sky Sports 1 and 2 in HD.
it is on from 6am on Sunday 26th to 6am on Monday 27th September.

If sky are resorting to these tactics looking for new Sports customers then I guess the market is pretty saturated and Sky are getting desperate.

Just about everybody who actually wants sports has already got it so I imagine these tactics are actually pretty much useless !

The old starview boxes will still work as the stream is 1841 and not 1800 anymore.

Which would mean that they still would not able to receive the channel
