Default need some help to unlock t303
trying to unlock this phone from O2
have the software etc and usb cable
the instuctions tell me to press the c key as connecting the cable then it should connect to software but all that happens is new window opens to view mass storage but it does not connect to XXS++ sotware
doing this on a toshiba laptop
any advise please

I think you need 1 of them unlocker boxes..

you need gordans gate drivers above or at least i did when i did one with omnius when it was free
