Default Life after Eurovox

Hi guys

I'm in Belfast and my Eurovox is still very much functional. Altho I am resigned to it going off sooner or later, by reading a lot of the postings. I recently upgraded to HD television and considered getting a HD Eurovox - I guess this is pointless now if the Eurovox is no longer going to work?

I'm just curious - what is the likelihood of a fix being found around this N3 rollout? I remember a period a while back where Virgin were changing the codes almost every day and people thought that was the end, and there was a fix shortly after. Should I just wait to see if a fix becomes available, or should I move onto another kind box? My worry is that I'm not the most technically minded, and its a little daunting asking for help here in case you haven't searched hard enough

Also, I would rather a box that supports HD channels - can someone point me in the right direction?

If you would like a box with HD channels try da dreambox. although it works through satellite and C/S it is a good alternative

We have a Dreambox section here:
Dreambox

There's always satellite FTA, Freesat, or Sky.
