Exclamation Was offered a box?

hi all dont no if i`m in the right forum,,, but today i was offered a cable box ( not a slag media one ), which you connect upto the net and your cable, and you will receave all channels???????????????????

is this true or is the guy blagging ( damn N3 )

I cant remember the name of the box sorry.......

why not just contact the person who offered you the box - and ask the make ..
there is a cppl of box`s kryptview A780 and starview 6/7 theres lots of info on here regarding the said boxs ...

really does depend on what box the guy was selling

theres an ex-vm installer local to me who is selling a780's for £230 and people are buying them, trid explaining hes a robbing sod but it falls on deaf ears. he was turning mosc's off every couple of months and then charging £20-30 a time for changing the date, yet still these ppl worship him like god. more fool them

how is he robbing them??hes buying 780s for say 150 quid flashing them and prolly going around their houses and setting them up..if they get over 4 months worth of viewing then they are quids in...not everyone is a member of forums like this..ofcourse IF he was turning mosc's off every couple of months hes a bit of a bstard but how do you know this??
