I'm afraid that's the way it is. You could check out sky's packages (I think they offer a free HD box), and as long as you're not in contract with VM threaten them with moving to SKY, see if they'll offer you something better. If they don't, go to sky.

As has been said several times, you NEVER own VM equipment, so as far as they're concerned you can never buy it.

Get one for free....My brother recentley joined Virgin and they gave him the V+ Hd box for free , so as Ive been with Virgin (ex c&w) for 9years ...I phoned them and told them im leaving and going to Sky because you treat new customers better than the customers who's been paying for years....they saw there arse and give me the new black spanking box for free............
